Northern VoIP launched the NVL Token on 25th November 2021. NVL is a Rewards and Payment Token and is built on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) Network.
The NVL Token was created on 25th November 2021, and is rewarded to customers who purchase their Voice over IP (VoIP) equipment and services from Northern VoIP. Services include the current monthly VoIP solutions and will also include NFTs, Metaverse purchases and the new Unified Communication (UC) decentralized Applications (dApps) that will be developed through the launch of the new xNVL token.
NVL and xNVL will also be used as a payment options for any Northern VoIP solutions including subscriptions, equipment, dApps, NFTs, etc. There are also plans for NVL and xNVL to be accepted as a payment options for gaining extra time chatting with physicians through a Telehealth application through a partnership with the HealthBank DAO project.
The UC dApps will be developed for retail and business customers and allow them to voice call, message, live chat, web & video call, team collaboration and more using Web3 technologies that will operate on the decentralized blockchain. On 9th October 2023 the xNVL Token was issued on the XRPL network and will help develop the new services.
UC dApps will be launched on Windows and Apple Mac computers. They will also be launched for mobiles in the Apple Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
NVL is enabled on the Wanchain Bridge and can be bridged to the XDC & Wanchain Networks. xNVL will also be enabled on the Wanchain Bridge offering additional utility to both tokens.

A rewards pool of 500,000 NVL Tokens was set up for distribution to Northern VoIP customers. Customers can receive NVL token rewards when purchasing equipment from the online store, VoIP services, UC dApp subscriptions, NFTs, Metaverse purchases, etc. Use the search tool below to check what NVL rewards you have achieved.

Every order placed on the Northern VoIP Online Store is eligible to receive a reward in NVL Tokens.
The amount of NVL gifted per order is based on a percentage of the total value of the order. The amount received is subject to change and will depend on market conditions and the amount of NVL available in the NVL Rewards pool. When a customer is placing an order then they will see how much NVL tokens they will receive for that order during checkout.
NVL will be sent to the customers saved NVL Token Rewards address on their account. To register an account on the Northern VoIP website click on My Account. Once registered then add the NVL Token wallet address to the NVL Rewards section. The NVL Rewards section shows details of orders with a tally of unclaimed NVL tokens. Once the tokens are paid to the customer for an order then it will get removed from the tally.
If a customer does not have an NVL Token Rewards address then they can get in touch with us and we will help them get set up to start receiving NVL rewards.
Customers that pay for any monthly VoIP services with Northern VoIP will also be eligible to receive NVL Rewards. The amount of NVL gifted is based on a percentage of the monthly cost of their VoIP services. Again, this is subject to change depending on the market conditions and the amount held in the NVL Rewards pool.
Customers that would like to opt in and collect NVL Reward Tokens should save their NVL Token wallet address to their account for convenience.
xNVL will be distributed one month after the 3rd Sales Round (IDO/IEO). Once this has been done then NVL holders will start receiving monthly bonuses based on how much xNVL they hold (note: both tokens are required to be held to receive the xNVL monthly bonuses). Three pools of xNVL will be distributed monthly for 36 months proportional to how much NVL is held. This will be airdropped from the Monthly Rewards Pool which holds a total of 30 million xNVL.
There will be a minimum hold of 500 NVL to qualify for the monthly bonuses.

There are three rounds of sales for xNVL. The third round will be an IDO/IEO. The first round started on 28th October 2022 and will run till all tokens have been sold. The sales period for each round may however be subject to change at our discretion and will be based on market conditions.
42.5 million xNVL in total (42.5% of total supply) is available across the three rounds and we aim to raise £250,000.
Token Distribution Event (TDE) for all orders placed in the first two rounds of sales will start on 30th January 2023.
xNVL was enabled on Wanchain Bridge on 4th November and can be Bridged to the XDC Network.

xNVL can currently be purchased on our website using Credit and Debit cards or 70+ cryptocurrencies.
