We offer flexibility on our call plans which are based on a monthly rolling contract term (excludes PBXact Cloud). You may change your call plan(s) at any time depending on your requirements. You can choose a combination of UK Landline and UK Mobile packages.
All call plans are invoiced monthly (on or around the 1st day of the month) and payment is taken by Direct Debit. You will be required to set up Direct Debit mandate prior to your VoIP services going live.

1UK landline numbers starting with 01, 02 & 03, all major UK mobile network operators (Three, O2, Vodafone, EE, Orange and T-Mobile) included. 0845 and other premium or mobile operators may vary. Please refer to our call rates information for pricing on all other destinations. Calls made over inclusive call plan minutes will be charged at ‘Pay As You Go’ rates.
Should you require a call plan with more than 20,000 minutes then please let us know.
If your business makes a lot of its main phone calls to a certain worldwide destination, then we are happy to tailor a call plan to suit your requirements. Please ask us for more information.
